A private residence was dramatically altered and refurbished to improve light levels to a gloomy ground floor and create a modern entertaining space.
A new glass floor was installed around the central stair to bring light down from above, with the framing clad in aluminium to create a feature from above and below. A new bespoke kitchen, and in-situ cast concrete media wall were also fitted, along with minimal but striking strip lighting to the large ceiling area.
The master bedroom suite was re-imagined with a more classical material palette and a face-lift given to the rest of the property.
