Before founding AtelierWest, Jonathan worked at Roland Cowan Architects for 6 years, where he met and built a strong working relationship with Ed Shinton.
Jonathan's core work has been based in the prime / super-prime residential sector in central London, working on a mixture of private residences for private clients to super-prime multi unit residential developments for International funds and private high net worth individuals.
Jonathan also heads the company's subsidiary company, Edward James Development Management. EJDM is essentially a property consultancy business and works with its clients at every step of the property investment and development process, from initial viewings, appraisals and feasibilities to a full development and project management service.
