This Grade II Listed Property in the heard of Chelsea is part of a rental portfolio. After many years of being leased, we were asked to gain listed building consent for a full internal refurbishment including reconfiguring the living space.
Previously the property only had use of one small shower room. We redesigned the existing layout and reworked a small storage cupboard along with a services riser to gain valuable space and create a good sized bathroom and separate shower room. The small galley kitchen was given the sense of space by putting a modern spin on the classic serving hatch.
New underfloor heating was installed along with an acoustic insulation layer to improve separation between the apartments. Original features were carefully restored including high level cornices and timber panelling and shutters.
