Cadogan Square

Atelier West were appointed to fully refurbished an 1800sqft apartment within a Listed Building in one of London’s most prestigious garden squares. The brief was to add additional internal area, to create an additional bedroom suite with dressing room and ensuite bathroom. AW managed this by making full use of the generous ceiling heights throughout the apartment and designed a low profile steel floor producing the extra area required, however retaining ample ceiling heights above and below.

The 1960’s subdivision of the original layout was removed and the grand formal living area reinstated. All original listed detailing was meticulously restored bringing this section of the building back to its original glory.
